How long does a migration take?
It depends on how clean your records are. Most providers export spreadsheets rather than Open Cap Format, so we convert those for you, and you review the result before you move over.
What happens to my current provider?
Keep it until you're comfortable. Once your cap table is on CapSign, it's your record and you can cancel.
Who can claim my company?
An officer with a work email on the company's domain. We confirm the claim before the page is yours.
Does CapSign help me find investors?
No. CapSign is software for offerings you conduct yourself, with investors you bring. We don't solicit, recommend, or match investors.
