    Review the subscription agreement and sign it in CapSign. The company reviews and accepts it from the same record.

    Wire to the company with your unique reference. You'll see when the funds are matched and marked paid.

    When the offering closes, your shares are issued on the company's register and appear in your portfolio.

Do I pay anything?
No. Holders and investors use CapSign for free.
Can I see other holders?
No. You see your own positions and documents. The company decides what, if anything, its public page shows, and holder names are never public.
Does CapSign recommend investments?
No. Companies conduct their own offerings and invite their own investors. CapSign doesn't recommend securities or match buyers and sellers.
Do I need a crypto wallet?
No. You sign in with a passkey or email. If a company keeps an onchain register, CapSign handles the transactions.
